What is Agents in Action (AIA)?

Agents in Action is a 501(c) 3, non-profit organization that was established in April of 2007. AIA was created to make a real difference in the lives of many people. We strive to assist KW agents, other agents in the community, and others during times of need.

How did AIA get started?

Keller Williams International created an organization called KW Cares. This is the foundation for the company and for Agents in Action. Established in 2003, KW Cares is a 501(c)3 public charity that raises money through Keller Williams offices across North America, in order to provide emergency financial assistance to any member of the KW family in need and other charities aligned with the mission and values of Keller Williams Realty and KW Cares.

In 2007, the Lubbock office culture committee decided they wanted to start their own legacy within our office to create a local chapter modeled after KW Cares International. This way money raised by Lubbock agents would stay in the Lubbock community.

With a board of 20 members, a strong vision and a lot of heart, we began our mission in June of 2007.
